Randy Cox ,
John Randolph (Randy) Cox brings over twenty-five years of senior executive level experience in business development with both private and publicly traded companies in the for-profit higher education sector, with over 10 years experience in a “C” level role.
He was President and Chief Executive Officer of a growth oriented organization that became Canada’s largest private, for profit, Education Company and developed a team and framework to lead quantum growth in both revenues and EBIDAT, He was also Chief Operating Officer of a large global education conglomerate based in the UK and led M&A activities including the acquisition and merger of Europe’s largest privately held Law School.
He has extensive experience in navigating the challenging regulatory world of Higher and Further Education in three countries and has sat on the Board of two Universities and an International College with two terms as Board Chair. Randy has extensive networks in the education space and significant experience in building and leading teams that are bold enough to disrupt but strategic in their approach to open new frontiers in learning. He has a technology background and a quantum growth philosophy and sees technology as the route to driving change in education and carving out new verticals in the sector.
Natasha is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 12 years of experience advising public and private companies in the areas of finance and accounting. She has experience with a variety of industries including blockchain technology, brand licensing, agriculture, franchising.
As CFO of High Standard Capital Corp, Natasha is actively involved in assisting clients in obtaining a public listing, raising money, M&A transactions as well as ongoing regulatory compliance and financial reporting. Throughout her career, she has participated in M&A transactions with cumulative values in excess of $265MM and assisted with private placements in excess of $40MM.
Prior to joining High Standard, Natasha spent over six years in the assurance and advisory division at Deloitte, one of Canada’s leading professional services firms. In addition to this, Natasha has worked as the Director of Finance at Invictus MD Strategies Corp (TSXV: GENE – OTC: IVITF) and Senior Financial Manager at Mr. Lube Canada. Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from British Columbia Institute of Technology and received her CPA designation in 2010.
Carrie is an experienced educator with over 18 years across K-12 and higher education fields. She received her Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Louisville, Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction/School Psychology at the University of South Florida, and PHD in Education Sciences/Leadership at the University of Kentucky.
She began her career as a School Psychologist and progressed to administrative positions in K-12 Curriculum and Instruction and Student Services departments. The last 4 years she has served in educational leadership positions at an online post-secondary school. She has also worked as an educational consultant and adjunct instructor at various public and private organizations. She demonstrates strong skills in curriculum and instruction, educational assessment, leadership, and improvement science.
Chris graduated from Virginia Tech with a double major in Business Management and Global Business. During college, he joined up with Beverly Media to manage social media for high profile clients in the music, sports, and entertainment industry.
Starting his tech career at Cvent, he became one of the youngest managers, helping them grow as they went public (NYSE). He moved on to help start ClickUp in San Francisco and head Business Development there. Currently, he’s Vice President of Business Development at Elevator Studio and runs massive influencer marketing campaigns for Dan Blitzerian’s Ignite, LYFT, 1st Phorm, and many more!
Dr. Amanda Lynne Smith
Dr. Amanda Lynne Smith has nearly two decades of experience in curriculum and instruction, education management, and innovative online program development in elementary, secondary and postsecondary settings.
Passionate about disruptive educational practices, Dr. Smith integrates aesthetic learning principles, high quality course development strategies and real-world instructional design practices to curate industry aligned learning experiences for student across the world.
Dr. Smith holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver, a M.Ed. in Cross Cultural Studies in Education from National University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fresno.

Isabel is a Law of Attraction, spirituality, and lifestyle YouTuber with over 215k subscribers and founder of the Taking Back Your Power podcast, which includes an audience of 10k tuning in to each episode.
In university, Isabel studied political science, and upon realizing law school wasn’t for her, she decided to take the jump, become an entrepreneur, and make YouTube her full-time career. Dan Kriznic, CPA/CA,
Dan Kriznic has founded and co-founded a number of successful public companies in emerging markets. Collectively he has been responsible for 9 public listings, $243 million in M&A transactions, $175 million in financings and $281 million in value for shareholders from selling companies.
Dan founded High Standard after recognizing a need for financial and advisory services in fast growing emerging sectors.
He is the former CEO, Chairman and founder of InvictusMD Strategies (TSXV: GENE; OTC: IVITF), one of the top Canadian cannabis public companies. Dan has spearheaded over $62 million in acquisitions and raised over $115 million in financings for Invictus. Dan now serves as advisor to the CEO and Chairman. Dan co-founded Lithium X in 2015, as CFO and later as advisor to the chairman. Lithium X, a lithium exploration company, recently sold for $265 million in December 2017, representing a return to shareholders of 1,443% calculated based on Appendix C.
He has been responsible for incubating companies in a variety of industries, including Cannabis, Technology, Education, Real Estate, Lithium and Healthcare. Through his strategic direction and execution, these companies have grown from nominal to over $1 billion in enterprise value. Dan began his career with 10 years at Deloitte, where he served in leadership roles in its Assurance and Advisory group, advising public and privately held companies. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Mr. Daniels possesses over 25 years of executive and operational leadership in the education sector. David has dedicated his career to helping increase access to quality and affordable education for students with a passionate focus on persistence and completion.
Recent corporate experiences include President of Academic Partnerships, a privately-held Online Program Management business recently sold in December 2019 to Private Equity. Moreover, he oversaw all managed services for Pearson’s Higher Education business in North America ($500Mil) including their Online Program Management division. He has held numerous other senior roles spanning K-12 and Higher Education. With a unique blend of educational, government, start-up, board work, and corporate experience, David has a wealth of knowledge in business process outsourcing, learning design, product development, organizational design, change management, and implementing/scaling innovative solutions in traditional and non-traditional environments. David is also a husband and a father of six children.
Ms. Andi Davids, Strategy Director – Jones Knowles Ritchie, London Driven by an insatiable curiosity, Andi leverages conceptual creativity, cross-cultural expertise, and academic rigor to identify resonant opportunities for global brands.
Ms. Davids has 20 years’ experience providing strategic advisory for world-renowned brands including BBC, Danone, Deloitte, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mars, Nespresso, the UK Government, and the United Nations. She has worked in the USA, Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and North Africa. Before agency life, Andi combined consultancy with academia, lecturing in marketing, semiotics, and psychology of communications at the University of the Arts London (LCC), the University of London (Goldsmiths), Oxford Brookes University, and the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. She holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, an MA from the American University of Paris, and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Well known for her celebrity impressions and character acting, her work has been recognized and reshared by millions, including Kim Kardashian, Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, Amber Rose, Entertainment Tonight, Complex magazine, and major networks such as FOX and MTV.
With a background in improv and a sketch comedy from Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theater (UCB), coupled with theater training at the William Esper Studio, Natalie has a plethora of acting experience and recently taken the social media world by storm with her edgy comedy, with over 2.8 Million followers. Brandi Taylor is an attorney at Duane Morris specializing in regulatory and compliance matters, including privacy and data protection laws.
She counsels higher education institutions (non-profit, public and proprietary), EdTech companies, third-party servicers, and investors in higher education among other clients. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Brandi was Senior Regulatory Counsel at a large, predominately online institution of higher education. Before that she lived and worked in Washington, D.C. representing private and publicly-traded companies.
Certificate of Endorsement
The Influencer Academy certificate has been designed in alignment to essential industry standards and associated knowledge clusters that prepare today’s social media experts for success in the field. Participation as an advisory board member includes the responsibility of helping to review and provide feedback on industry standards, content alignment and ultimately validation or endorsement of the certificate of completion.
Advisory board members are also asked to provide guidance and suggestions related to the recognition of the certificate as a pathway for professional growth and success. Examples of this may include helping to spearhead brand partnerships or nurture alumni relationships in order to provide meaningful long-term career benefits to social media experts who have earned a TIA certificate of completion.
